One day....

Oh, I am in love and a little obsessed! I love me some southern hospitality in the form of an amazing renovated cottage that used to be an old horse car station in Georgia. The architecture is perfect and the interiors (while not exactly my normal taste) make me want to change my tastes- relaxed, slightly rustic but with hints of modernism. Interior designer Carter Kay did an amazing job! We keep talking about having our next house be on an acre or two right next door to Pat and Brooke! How awesome would that be?!? It is a dream of our's and we do plan to make it happen! Looking at this gives me some amazing ideas! Bottom line is, I want an exact replica of the grounds if at all possible! That is not too much to ask for, right?!? Take a peek and see what I mean... Gorgeous!

Talk about curb appeal....

Oh, what I wouldn't give for beautiful tree like that!

Holy beams and character, Batman!

The rustic, exposed ceiling with the ultra-modern light fixture.... Muah!

Clearly I like exposed beams. And so do these people.

Such modern fixture yet it totally works mixed with more traditional pieces.

I love how this room has an antique-classic feel.

I am really digging this vanity with the open-ness and the baskets! Lord knows, I love me some baskets!

Another great light fixure!

An guest house that serves as a bar. How fun would it be to entertain in here!?!

Outdoor sink.... I just died and went to Heaven!

Love.

The patio. The guest house. The fence. The fire pit. Can you stand it?

Heck, can I just have the garage! I know Robby would agree but would want to add a whole shop onto the side of it! "Arr Arr Arr Arr" :::Tim the Toolman:::
