Why I chose this fancy word: Occasionally, even the most graceful are exposed to those of the unsavory kind—the snobby co-worker, the holier-than-thou roommate, and the conceited sales clerk all threaten to ruin our sunny days. Now, I know sometimes it’s hard to hold back what you really think....
