Thanksgiving Vacation!

If you didn't know, Thanksgiving is literally just around the corner and as sad as it sounds, it is the only thing I can think about! Oh, the yummy food!

Thanksgiving is by far my favorite holiday and it makes it that much better that I get a full week off to celebrate it! Yes, having so much time off is most definitely the only reason I have stayed at my job! It is definitely nice... Worth it... hmmm, some days I would disagree but since we only have tomorrow to get through, I will say yes!

So, plans for this next week... I have none and I plan to do everything in my power to keep it that way! I plan on relaxing, cleaning and pinning way too much for my own good until Thanksgiving day!

We are having Thanksgiving at Robby's Mom and Step-dad's house this year.... Thank God! Last year we had it at our house and to say the least we need a bigger house for that many people to be in it at one time! This year, Robby's mom and I have decided again to split the menu and divide and conquer! I am going to cook my famous cranberry-glazed ham (which was a hit last year), stuffiing (really it's dressing but for some reason I really don't like using that word to discribe it so I just say stuffing even though their will be no stuffing going on!) lol I am crazy, I know! Anyways, back to my list.... I am also making the oldie but goodie, green bean casserole and the oh, so delicious recipe of cheesy broccoli & corn casserole with orzo pasta (not a traditional dish but still, it is the first thing to go)! Oh, it is going to be so much fun! I just can't wait and the best part I believe my dad is going to be joining us for the weekend from Bandera so I will be able to spend time with him! What are your plans for Thanksgiving?
