Another week....

Good morning and happy Monday to you! I hope your weekend was just lovely!

Well, as you know, another week of work has officially begun... boo :( and I am just not ready for it! I felt like throwing a temper tantrum this morning and holding onto the door seams when Robby said it was time to go but decided against it...

This weekend was fun though and the best part... We got an extra hour of sleep! Yippee! Who else was just as excited as I was!?!

Here is a tiny peek at what my weekend looked like….

Saturday-

We went out to the Mud Fest and had a really good time! This is a picture of us gals under what was deemed the "Senior Citizens Tent". We had the best seat in the house and were able to sit in the shade (which is a must for us pale children) and watch everybody get stuck! It was quite entertaining!

Unfortunately, the day did not go without incident though... My lovely husband almost died trying to light the barbecue pit (one of the many reasons I usually regulate how much lighter fluid he gets...) Lucky for him, only a few arm hairs were harmed in the making of the barbecue! lol I wish I would have gotten a picture of that... The food came out amazing as always though and we had a really good time!

Sunday-

I spent the day listening to some Frank Sinatra, pinning on Pinterest and listening to the rain and thunder with the windows open. It was quite relaxing and what I believe to be the best way to spend a rainy Sunday. Kitties were living it up too!
